It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High

to declare your steadfast love in the morning and your faithfulness by night.

Psalm 92:1-2

This is really what it is all about.

Don’t worry this post is not about the hokey pokey.

It is not about how I feel when I get up in the morning.

It is about….

HIs faithfulness

His steadfast love being with me always.

If I am excited for my day and pop out of bed His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I hit snooze 15 times His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I grumble as soon as my feet hit the ground His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I wake up and say thank you Jesus  His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I groan when I hear my kids feet hit the floor before I want to get up  His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I have a huge list of tasks before me  His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

If I have no idea what I am going to do or how I will keep my head above water  His love is steadfast and surrounds me.

It’s not about how faithful I have been to Jesus during my day.

It’s about…

HIs faithfulness.png

His faithfulness through each of our days.

If I get 100 things done during the day He has been faithful all day.

If I get nothing done He has been faithful all day.

If I look like a champion He has been faithful all day.

If I look like a failure He has been faithful all day.

If I am read my bible He has been faithful all day.

If I mindlessly scrolled through Facebook He has been faithful all day.

If I was patient and loving He has been faithful all day.

If I was crabby and unkind He has been faithful all day.
